Mozzarella is a soft, white cheese originally from Italy. It is known for its mild flavor and stretchy texture when melted. It is commonly used on pizzas, in salads, sandwiches, and various other dishes.
And then just sprinkle some mozzarella cheese however you like.
Yeah, it's got vegan mozzarella, vegan sausage, vegan parmesan.
Yeah, we made a whole set of our own flavored mozzarellas.
That said, it is nowhere near as good as a regular mozzarella stick.
Now you want to grab the fresh mozzarella.
Usually I just do shredded mozzarella, which is a little messier.
I'm using mozzarella pearls because it's easy and you don't have to cut them.

There is a so delicious vegan mozzarella and cream cheese.
These are very wide mozzarella sticks.
Just check out that gooey mozzarella. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Finally sprinkle the top with that reserved cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
And of course, 12 cups of mozzarella shredded, you can do it.
Three cheese blend, it's more provolone, mozzarella, and smoked mozzarella.
